We run a number of clinics for the management of chronic diseases and offer a wide variety of other medical services which are outlined elsewhere on the website.

Alert

Are your details up to date?

We regularly find that patients have forgotten to tell us about telephone number changes or address changes.  If you have moved house recently or have set  up a new phone number, please check next time you are in the practice that we have the correct information for you.  This is important for all NHS communication (referrals, routine screening checks, immunisation programmes).  It also enables the practice to contact you in a timely manner regarding test results or make changes to appointments. There are slips in the waiting room to complete or speak to the team at the reception desk who will check what details we hold.
