When you arrive at the practice, please use our NEW self check-in to let GPs and Nurses know you are here. You can also use your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the self check-in machine or use the QR code in the waiting room to check-in and the GP or Nurse will then see you have arrived. You can, of course, queue at the reception desk and check-in with the receptionist, but please ensure you arrive for your appointment in plenty time as queries at the reception desk can take a wee while to resolve.
